PHOTO EXHIBITION ON THE BOARDWALK

Since 2009 the Municipality has been organising free beach exhibitions of photos of Deauville, many of which are previously unpublished. In 2013 Willy Rizzo's photos taken during the Summer 1949 will be displayed. He was one of the most famous photographers of the magazine Paris Match.

Inspired by the unique light and beauty of Normandy, Impressionist painters set up their easels along the Channel coast and the banks of the Seine. This Summer Deauville will celebrate them with exhibitions and various events.
